Tom I like your D.E. Black tray you don't see too many of them around. I saw one on eBay but was out bid, I have attached a picture out of his house

I also have a Pengally-Akitt posted on page 7 it has the same dial, but has a Waltham 1892 17 jewel PS Bartlett tu tone movement.

I believe this movement is an Omega.I can't say much about the dial, it is quite an intricate design.

Here is my latest acquisition a Longines 19 Jewel Express Leader with two time zone hands. The dial is marked: "D.A. Ressor Brandon, Man." As Brandon is located in Central Standard Time, crews working Westward out of Brandon were required to have double hands as they changed from Central Standard Time to Mountain Standard Time at Broadview, Saskatchewan.

Movement marked; SAFETY PINION, 19 Jewels (in script) ADJUSTED IN 5 POSITIONS, LONGINES EXPRESS LEADER, D.A. REESOR, BRANDON, MAN. Serial #2044464 circa 1908.
