I have one of those made by Timex from 1976 with the red LED push button function and red lens. I wonder if it still works. Smile

Mark, I didn't think mine would work anymore. It's been laying in a drawer for 10 15 years. I put a battery in and it "lit up. I have long since lost the instructions, so I emailed Armitron for the instructions, and everything works as it once did. Alarm, light, date, the works!
Think I paid $15 for it in 1980.

Mine did a year ago, as I had a young electronics 'geek' go through it and resuscitate it and all functions worked perfectly, but it's so large, I couldn't find a band that fit it and just put it back in the drawer.

Guess I may have to revisit this old watch again and see if she lights up.

Regards! Mark

I guess I got lucky. The old battery was a little corroded. I cleaned it out and put the new battery in, and everything works.

Hi everyone! It's been many years since I've been on Chapter 185 site and truly miss y'all. So I decided to once again become active at Chapter 185. I discovered one of my threads I began way back when is still very active! Truly put a smile on my face. Hopefully I can put a smile on yours in showing you this fun and interesting wristwatch I wore yesterday after dusting off.
