Nice dial Roger definitely a CPR 12 hour Arabic dial for use on CPR Eastern lines from the Lakehead divisional point of Fort William on Lake Superior to Nova Scotia, in the Atlantic provinces.

that up/down indicator is a rare bird.not many of those around in the Canadian railroad dial.nice..

What happened when they printed the seconds register? It's about 10 seconds off.

The seconds bit is soldered in and the 18 is in the glazing so it was made that way. Poor quality control that day I guess.
Only one I've ever seen made that way.
