Tom H.,
Nice yard sale find. Thanks for sharing.

Rich & Dave,
Interesting wristwatch; LeCoulte Futurematic. Can either or both of you give us more info regarding these wristwatches?

Which wristwatch did you wear today?

With so many new members joining the IHC in the last six months, I thought it'd be fun to kick off this old wristwatch topic one more time. Let's see what wristwatch you're wearing today.

**** Not something out of your desk, your collection or your closet, but what's actually on your wrist
when you read this post.**** Eek

I've been wearing my IWC Fliegerchronograph for the last couple of weeks. When it's hot and sweaty, there's nothing to beat a nice all stainless steel, waterproof watch. ( Well OK an all gold combination may do it ) Big Grin

David! Great Post!

Only because I am thinking about selling this watch, today I decided to wear my Hamilton K-475.

Rene Rondeau calls this the "Holy Grail" of the Hamilton Asymmetric watches. It was made for only one year, 1961 (I think). I bought this example from Rene only after he found a NOS example.

I love this watch. I've never, ever worn it, until today. Today I needed a chance to see if I could be OK with selling it.

The Jury is out.

Still, you asked.

Great watches everyone. Today and for the last few weeks I have been wearing my 1967 Breitling GMT. It is huge watch measuring over 48mm wide not including the crown. It is one of my favorites.

I am wearing my Hamilton Boone - 1935

(The picture was taken before I added a new band to it - I think I bought this watch from Bryan and I think he took the picture too. I just can't remember things the way I used to - this advancing age thing stinks)

with that kind of accuracy, you can perform pretty accurate time checks on your Marine Chronometers. Wink
