Another Elgin, The movement looks more like a Timex. I suspect it was a late Elgin if it is actually an Elgin at all. It says Germany on the dial and 870, 17 j. Surprisingly, it runs well !!

I have many more pocket watches than wrist watches but I do have a couple of older 70's or older watches. I will wear my Roamer Roto44j Stingray, one of 4 Lord Elgins, 21j, 23j and a 70's 25j Swiss Lord Elgin in the older style complete RGP case.

This is one of my favorite watches, especially for different time zones, with the jump hand. The date is NO on the watch, with a Champion band. It has a champagne dial.

What's the difference between 'Elgin' and 'Lord Elgin' I know the Lord Elgin's are later, but did they ever run together with 'lord Elgin' the higher brand?

Wyler Dynawind Incaflex Heavy Duty, yellow gold-tone and silver stainless steel. I got the watch a few weeks ago, and found this NOS Baldwin 2-tone bracelet with Wyler hang-tag in my backstock. A neat watch, the date disk is white on dark red.
