I was wondering if anyone knew what this might be.

the piller plate

the case is No 18 fine silver, and it says cylindre 10Rubis, then Geneve.
The inside cover has a number 48862 and has the word CUIVRE after it.
By the way, the case number is the same as the movement number.

Larry, the 10 Jewel Cylinder movement is the same as a 15 Jewel "normal" movement because the Cylinder has no Pallet fork reducing the "count" by 5 Jewels (2 pivot, 2 pallet and 1 roller). If it runs keep it as an ornament of the obstinate Swiss stubborness to resign themselves to the superoirity of the "lever" type escapement design. If it does not run, I would sell it for "steampunk parts" on eBay!

btw, I might have a matching Hr Hand. (Only if it runs)

No it doesn't run, the third wheel pinion is broken. I had an Idea it was something like that. Would you like the hour hand just in case you might have use for it?
