Hamilton 992B Variant HG DS Dial?...Any Dial # On It? "Click" to Login or Register

Just got this one in, and can;t remember ever seeing this variant of the HG Dial. It's not a regular boxcar, looks like the single sunk version but is double sunk...anyone know the HG# on it?

Thanks, Richard...The difference I've noted is the seconds hash marks are much narrower than the 577 dial. I believe the watch is all original, around 1945 vintage, still has the gold center wheel (can;t see that in pics, but it's there).

Now, for some new blued hands maybe?

The single-sunk version of this is the Dial 080, which became more popular later in the 1940's.
