Here is a Ball 18 size 19 jewel Botherhood watch found in with some parts movements from a watchmakers estate,,,i took it apart to check the numbers and they do match which is good..

The bad news is the hairspring is missing and the mainspring barrel,,,the plate and mainspring arbor is there and i do have a mainspring barrel that will fit,,,My question has to do with the hairspring and hairspring stud which attaches to the side of the balance cock it looks like it should be a traingle shape is that right and does someone have a picture of the hairspring stud..

Lindell That's great what a help the pictures are nothing beats a picture, this tells me what I need to know, this is one of the things that make Chapter 185 so great is all the things folks do to help one another. Smile
