I recently picked up a very nice box hinge case and would like to pick your brains as to what movement to put into it (a Hamilton 925 or Illinois convertable). Was there any rhyme or reason as to what type of movements people placed into these nice cases. Just curious
I had to attach a pic also .. This is my first Hunter case for a watch other than a 0 size..

But first, listen to Terry and Rhett, that's sound advice. This one should if at all possible house the same make that originally came in it. Consider also the era the case is from when choosing an appropriate movement.
Could we see the case-screw marks?
