 Hey guy's I'd like your help in identifying the dial shown below.  In going through some if my railroad watches today I came across a nice 21J Waltham Riverside with a great dial that's marked "RAILWAY DISPATCHER". I hadn't noticed this marking before, isn't it funny the way some details pass you by at times.    Dave Freeman IHC Member 321  | |||
