Waltham Dial "Click" to Login or Register

Hey guy's I'd like your help in identifying the dial shown below. In going through some if my railroad watches today I came across a nice 21J Waltham Riverside with a great dial that's marked "RAILWAY DISPATCHER". I hadn't noticed this marking before, isn't it funny the way some details pass you by at times. Wink

Here's the movement. 21J Riverside, Model 1908 Serial No. 29415439. It just mentions adjusted to Temp.

I'll also post a picture of the watch.
