Really nice item! As to survivors, many Private Labels were produced one time in a lot of 10 and since these are so close that could mean they are the only ones left. Pure speculation of course and we see this company went in for them. Thanks for inserting the movement numbers to help in future research, remember a google-search will turn up these watches. Has anyone looked into the history of the retail jeweler? Very few records survive today, but try we must! Lindell ![]()

Indian Head, located in SW Saskatchewan had a 2016 population of 1910. Settlers first came by oxcart in 1882 ahead of the Canadian Pacific Railway. Harold P. Gardner became the towns first jeweller in 1897. He is the Grandfather of Canadian actor Eric Peterson who was in the popular Canadian sitcom, Corner Gas.

Thanks Lorne for the information! ![]()

Yes, thank you, Lorne, for posting the watch and the history behind it. I am a big fan of these private labels and have a couple from here in Arkansas and a couple more from my native Texas. Have been looking, without success so far, for one from my hometown of Fort Worth.

Thanks all, I can't say that I have seen a Fort Worth PL but will keep an eye out. Check out my new toy, Olloclip 4 in 1 lense for iPad/iPhone. Fisheye, 10X Macro, 15X Macro, Wide Angle. As with people, when you get too close the flaws can become more apparent. 10X ![]()
