Lever Set in a Swing Out Case "Click" to Login or Register

I don't much like swing out cases but made an impulse buy of a Howard Series 10. It is LS in a swing out case. The only other swing out case I have has a PS movement and is easy to open as I just pull the crown to set position. I have read somewhere on this site that you should not pull the crown out on a lever set movement. If that is the case how does one swing the movement out on this watch.

Lorne, you have to pull the crown up lever set or not, else you could possibly break the stem.
