Top block screws frozen on Kundo miniatures

Two clocks I just picked up to restore have top blocks on which the screws are frozen. I have tried heat, penetrating oil, and cursing, but with no luck. Any ideas short of buying a bag of top blocks?

TOM,

You can get the suspension spring you need here!

I've seen a few of those blocks you could destroy before getting a screw to come loose. This is the easy way to fix it.

Try to find kroil this is the best penetrating oil made literally will loosen bolts that are totally rusted together, a couple of drops laying flat allow a day or so to soak in they will turn out. george
