Trying to help a friend out on this Hamilton. He spent $200 already!!! for repairs and the shop sent it back telling him it was unrepairable.

Anyway, it's a ETA 963.116. I can't find a replacement movement or an equivalent.

Need to figure out a way to bail him out.

dial side day.date?
Looks like 11,5 size if so any 11.5 eta or ronda movement will do as long as the day date is in same position.

Thanks Peter, Think I've also learned that an ISA1198\32 will work?

Luckily I won't have to make a decision on a movement. I called the shop that did the work. It's still under warranty and I'm sending it back to them.
The owner evidently has had some memory lapse!
Thanks for the help, Peter.
