Michael, Santa Fe Specials were Illinois private label watches, originally sold with Santa Fe-marked dial, case and movement and that's what you should buy. Anything else is not correct, regardless of what sellers may tell you. Here's a prior topic you may find interesting: Link to prior 12-size Santa Fe Special Topic The 12-size version was Illinois Grade 274, made 1912-1927 and were adjusted to temperature, isochronism and 3 positions.
