Question about Waltham Fork (Answered!) "Click" to Login or Register

Waltham, 12s, OF, Grade 210, Model 1894.

Which way does the fork go? Pin up or pin down.
Pin up does not seem to work but then I am not sure I have the right fork. It fits and the pallet jewel in on the tooth of the Escape gear but it is not lining up between the banking pins. Possible wrong fork? Pin down seems to be an absolute no go.

If it is a single roller typically the pin should be up. Double roller usually the pin is on the bottom of the pallet when installed.

That's what I needed to know.I had forgotten about the difference between the single & double rollers.
