Seconds hand loose "Click" to Login or Register

Hi all,
What is the best way to tighten up a loose seconds hand (Hamilton 992e). I bought one from Larry, but it's a bit loose on the pinion. Any ideas without buying an expensive tool?

I do have a staking set...if that helps my plight..

Bruce,
I take it and fit it into a lathe collet that fits tight on the center post then put it in the lathe and tighten the collet up a litle. There are probably better ways but this works seems to work for me..Just make sure you have a small broch in case you close it a little too much..
