Milwaukee Private Label

Need a little help here. Looks like a Rockford to me but the serial number 1542436 draws a blank. Is it Swiss? I have another Archie Tegtmeyer in my collection and it is a Rockford.

Any other ideas? I cannot find a photo of a Regina with a 3 finger bridge. Should I move this discussion to European watch forum?

It's a Longines. They made a lot of these as private labels.
