Can anyone tell me the maker of this GF Hunter case? No other marks on the case. Thank you.

Lorne your case was made by Ladd Case Co.
in Providence RI USA 188 Richmond St.
circa 1880-1890
and your case is 10 years case.

Peter, my apologies for questioning your info but I have googled the Ladd Case Company and can find nothing with that mark. Can you provide a link?

Beginning on page 111 of this PDF website you will find literally 100s of American watch case makers logos.....including Ladd, on page 119.
