How many screws were used in assembling a Elgin 1931 Grade 382 16Size 17Jewel obn7p? | |||

Let's see........ Crown wheel screw -1 Ratchet wheel screw - 1 Dial feet screws - 3 Plate screws - usually 7 Pallet cock screw(s) - 1 or 2 Jewel screws - as few as 4, or as many as 25 Hairspring stud - 1 or 2 Regulator scale - 2 Balance wheel - usually 14 or 16 Minute wheel cover - 2 ........... HEY! WAIT A MINUTE!! I'M ALREADY AT 60+, AND I'M NOT DONE YET! ........ Dang! Maybe this watchmaking stuff is harder than I thought!
