Has anyone ever seen one of these. I dont recall ever seeing one marked like this. It is a 16s Illinois that is pendant set.

Made 1922 Grade 606 - Looks like roughly 900 were made in this batch

I have a '21 Special', but mine is a 12 size Grade 274, and it has 21 jewels. i haven't been able to find out much info about mine either.

Not that this really means anything but they made a total of 21 runs of this grade, in the 1st some were marked Pennsylvania Special, and in the 11th run some where marked Great Northern Special. Maybe they decided to just make some marked Special?

These are PL watches, non RR grade or approved with 3 positions adjusted, but nice watches all the same.
