Has anyone ever seen one of these. I dont recall ever seeing one marked like this. It is a 16s Illinois that is pendant set.  | ||

Rob, I have a '21 Special', but mine is a 12 size Grade 274, and it has 21 jewels. i haven't been able to find out much info about mine either. John III | |||

Not that this really means anything but they made a total of 21 runs of this grade, in the 1st some were marked Pennsylvania Special, and in the 11th run some where marked Great Northern Special. Maybe they decided to just make some marked Special? Tom | |||
