A friend brought this in for a crystal. The fat book rates it at about $6,000.00, but my friend said a local Jeweler told him it was worth about $1000,00!

I think the Fat book appraisal is too low at $6k. I told him to keep it in a safe place.

I would value this watch in the $4-5,000 range. An equally nice one sold for $4800 at the recent Jones Horan auction.
