I just picked up my first Ball 12s Commercial Standard pocket watch. The movement number is B247509 so I am almost positive it is a Waltham. The case is signed Ball on the outside of the back dust cover. The dial has raised dots on the hour, I am told that this was set up as a braille watch.  | ||

The case is very nice just needs some polish.  | |||
