Elgin 18s Model 8 Balance wheel needed

I "rescued" an 18s 19j BWR Model 8 Elgin with Diamond E.S. that is in exceptionally good shape BUT . . . it is missing the Balance Wheel/Hairspring/Roller Assembly!

Judging from the 35 or so service inscriptions inside the well-used case cover, this s/n 11201355 c.a. 1904 piece looks to have lived a loooong life on the rails, and I am most anxious to find a suitable Balance Wheel that can be re-fitted to this veteran.

Does anybody have an Elgin Model 8 movement and/or know if there are interchangeable (16s?) wheels that could be used.
