It is the first time i saw this engrave on the case, does it means for solid gold or gold filled? thanks

It is 14K and not gold filled. It is on page 35 of the 2015 Complete Guide to Watches and is the 4th image down on the right side. It says "PANSY" underneath the flower in the Price Guide.
