Waltham Pocket Watch - Unusual Case "Click" to Login or Register

I was wondering if anyone had any info regarding the unusual case shown in the attached pictures. At the moment I don't have any fotos inside the case, but I may be able to get some. Thanks for any help you can provide?

It is part of a watch movement display case though the wire hoop is not original ,as my picture shows Wink
