Pocket Watch Case Material makeup - question "Click" to Login or Register

From time to time, some of these stamps on the inside of the back PW case lid are vexing. I made a photocopy of pages 37 - 39 of GF marks from PW watch, but cannot find the below stamped info.

Todays trouble maker is stamped "Scepter" and '8075768'. Looks like white GF... Any thoughts?

And one more - "Illinois Watch Case Co. - Elgin Tivoli"... Sure looks and feels like White G.F.

Sceptre was name used by the Star Watch Case Co. of Ludington Michigan, I believe they were gold filled.
