Need some help with this one. I have found some info on Golay Fils & Stahl. Not sure where this fits in. I cannot find any significant markings on the movement other than a serial number. It is housed in it's original 18K Hunter case.

I can only comment that it appears to be an 18K training watch used by a doctor to calculate the heart rhythm's of perhaps a patient or an athlete ??
