I just received this box set out inside to hold round objects. It was sold as a watch holding box but there is no provision for a stem and crown,but it fits perfectly 16&18 size movement holders

K&K was glass company looks like your box was for crystals size 39.2 mm or 17 5/16 #7 for hunter case.

What an incredible testimony to pre-cardboard shipping and storage efforts. Of course this is for watch crystals. Beautiful specimen made like a piece of furniture!

I always appreciated the KK labels as they indicated the metric size as well as the ligne size, as opposed to the V.T F. (Verres Trois Fontaines) labels which only displayed the ligne sizes.
