I suspect that I shall eventually put it up for sale. It's principal problem it is not a Waltham . Desmond

Hello Jon - Thank you and I am sure what had happened - The arm that holds the hairspring became 'unbuttoned'. It is well you noticed it - the hold down screw had not strayed- Desmond
