I picked this up and it was overhauled and running great. I am guessing 1925. Can anyone comment?

It looks like the dial was scratched off.

My guess is it was painted over then removed.

The writing is original to the dial.

In this photo you can see a couple of touched up spots.

Can you experts help me out.

Perry nice clock here is a cool looking light house I saw in Hawaii a few weeks ago that one of these clocks would of came out of.
