This is a small time only cock. The dial states that it must be wound every day. Other Japanese WWII 30 hour navy clocks have luminous dials and round aluminum cases. This is the first I have noticed with a wooden case. It was two steel brackets on the back for fastening it to a wall or bulkhead.

It's unfortunate that the paper dial suffered some water damage. I have no idea if this is reversable, so I will leave it as it is.

The movement appears to be a Siekosha product.

There are no manufacturers marks on the movement. As you can see, it is regulated with a balance wheel.
