Hello Again,
If you go in reverse 25 pages you will see an example of how the tables were not considered important. The names of chronometers are present however their numbers and data are not present. Arrrg!!!

Thanks Paul,
I am just travelling in Asia with bad internet access, so I will follow your advice later.

Hi, I have full Annual reports from 1883-1932.

This excerpt from 1921 Jan-June shows No.134 as a Lange model.

The 1925 Jan-June tests show No. 143 as being a Kurtz model.
Is it possible there has been some kind of fault in the entries?

Regards, Bob.

Hello Bob, thanks for jumping into this thread. The 134 is the serial number of the chronometer and it is just a coincidance that there was a Kurtz and a Lange on trial at the same time with the same serial number. However we have not found the Kurtz yet.
Is there public access to the Reports you mentioned?
Thanks, Paul

You're welcome Paul.

I have the link to those books here: Hathi Trust Digital Library

This site has hundreds if not thousands of military records.

I recently found the 1922 Marine uniform regulations, and it has hundreds of photos of uniforms, medals, buttons etc. etc. in the 1925 update. Marvelous resource.

Cheers, Bob.
