It translates roughly to -My Fuhrer - unbreaking loyalty , the coin commemorates 1934 hall of honors inauguration

I went to eBay to have a look. In my opinion it is a fake.

I just looked at the listing on Ebay also, and I agree with Greg that this is a fake. One of several things that are wrong with it is the marking inside the case of the eagle and swastika marking being a crude reproduction.
