Enzo LiguoriWW2 German U- Boat Clocks.
Hello,
I do not remember if I already posted that these N/G only appear on the early clock, up to service number 500 aro, no higher numbers have been spotted as far as i am aware of.
I have tried to gather infos about the N/G but could not find anything yet, it looks that it was associated with different arrangements of the German Fleet before a certain date....
Any info provided would be beneficial..

Perry VermillionEnzo,
I found a photo I had of another NG.
It sold on Ebay I think in around 2003

Perry VermillionThis is another NG.
The question is. Is the wood case original?

Greg CrockettThe wooden box looks nice and it sort of looks ok with the clock it in, although I have never seen a German Navy clock boxed up like that. If it is original, how does one insert the key to open the bezel? Is there enough room?
Thanks for the interesting pics.
Best regards,
Greg

Alan MayfieldHello everyone. Im new on here. Im not a collector but I have one of these Kreigsmarine clocks, the number is 4799N.
It has been locked in a cupboard for years, ive rewound it now and again. The wife doesnt like it so as its nver likely to see the light of day I was conderng selling it.
I would welcome any suggestions as to the best way of selling it and any ideas on its approximate worth.
Thanks

Alan MayfieldAges ago I sent all the info and photos to Sothebys to get an "official" valuation. I got a reply today, they dont handle anything associated with the Kreigsmarine or Nazi Germany.
