Bruce ShawkeyBritish Military Wristwatches
is there any website(s) that is/are generally recognized as the "go-to" website for information about British military wristwatches? Seems like several sites have been quoted over the months and years, I just can't track them down. Thanks.
Bruce

Greg CrockettIn addition to our own, I highly recommend The Military Watch Resource main forum.
MWRWhile most of the postings are about recent, high-end, wrist watches, there are a number of WWII collectors who can tell you everything you ever wanted to know about H.S. 8, W.W.W., A.T.P., and other vintage British wrist watches.
Best regards,
Greg

Jerry TreimanHere is a link to a very nice illustrated article by Michael Friedberg on the early history of "Wristlet" watches.
