Ok, I recently picked up a grade 494 23j 16s and it is marked BU Aero US Navy but does not have the WI indicator. I have seen this grade with the military markings with and without the WI indicator but all of the non-military versions should sport the WI hand and dial. Does anyone have the military or non-military marked 23j grade 494 and has anyone worked on them that might give a clue to what would be needed if they are missing the WI portion? | |||
