Hi just wanted to show you all my latest find. It is a German military, issued(DH) Civitas watch from the 40's. It has an almost NOS black dial with center seconds at 6 o'clock. On the back case you can see the the previous owner but his initials. Inside it had a Moeris 10.5 movement with 15 jewels. All in all a great watch IMHO.
Another interesting thing about this watch is the NATO style band that it came with. On the buckle it reads "Slide-Fit"
Regards

Most German Army D...H watches had fixed solid band bars, but there were a few exceptions. The band looks nice on your watch but it's not a German military band.

One must use extra caution when investing in D...H watches because of all the fakes.
