Hi just wanted to show you all my latest find. It is a German military,issued(DH) Civitas watch from the 40's. It has an almost NOS black dial with center seconds at 6 o'clock. On the back case you can see the the previous owner but his initials. Inside it had a Moeris 10.5 movement with 15 jewels.All in all a great watch IMHO. Another interesting thing about this watch is the NATO style band that it came with. Most German Army D...H watches had fixed solid band bars, but there were a few exceptions. The band looks nice on your watch but it's not a German military band. One must use extra caution when investing in D...H watches because of all the fakes. | |||
