Has there ever been a thread of sharing depollier case pics?

Thanks Jeff for sharing your highly insightful research material! I'm extremely pleased.

I appriciated the information about the watches purchased and used by officers in WWI. Such information is hard to come by. It looks like time inspection was handled on a Division level with officers buying their own approved timepieces. I don't suppose any of the approved watches would have been wristwatches.

Any similar research material would be greatly appriciated!

I also like those screw-shut Depollier cases. Unfortunately, I don't yet have any in my collection or I would start a thread on them.

Best regards,
Greg

Where would you start a thread on Depolliers? Would you just add to this or would you start a new one?

Hi John,
I would suggest a new one, given that this thread started out about ephemera.

Best regards,
Greg
