Seth Thomas Data "Click" to Login or Register

Hello
I recently purchased a Seth Thomas long drop time only "Schoolhouse" type clock. It has "No. 3142" written on the dial, but nothing like this on the movement. Is there a way to look up this number to help in dating this clock? I'm more into watch repair but couldn't pass this one up. I cleaned and oiled it and made some minor repairs, and it's now keeping good time. Thanks for any help. George Morrison

George, can you post a picture of the clock and the movement? That would help us to date it. Is there a label inside or on the back of the case?

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately there is only a small piece of the label left. I will remove the dial tomorrow and try to post some pics of the movement as well as the case.. Thanks again. George
