McGrane Locomotive Clock

Brand new here but have perused this site in the past and read some information from a gentleman who posted about the above captioned clock.Mine has just arrived and was perplexed as to how to access the movement,is the dial bezel a screw type or held in place by the spacers over the cannon?
Any guidance will be appreciated and if this gets through I can post some photos.
Regards,
Bruce

Welcome Bruce,

I can not answer your question, but I can link to the previous discussion and maybe one of our members can help you out!

Thank you for the link, Mr. Buchan was the gentleman who has done the research and hopefully he still frequents the message board.

Bruce

Yes, Larry Buchan is still active on our IHC185 Discussion Site.

After posting my remarks this morning, I sent an eMail to Larry asking him to comment in this topic.

Please do post your images in this particular topic so that we can keep the images all in one area.

I have linked that other topic to this one.

Debbie

Thanks, but that would mean I would have to reset all the image profiles................maybe send to someone who might be able to change and conform to the site requirements.

Bruce,

Glad that you were able to solve the mystery!

I have not received the images so I double checked to see if they are in the trash file and they are not.

Please do double check to make sure that you are using the correct eMail address - from past experiences letters or numbers can either be left off or inverted so eMails do not get here.

Debbie

Hi, I just resent the photos, the original address had the IHC in lower case,i.e., ihc so I used upper case this time.

Would any member have a wooden stand that might fit this clock?
Thanks,
Bruce
