1886.-1889. Gebruder Resch with spring mechanism

By weird string of events, I have discovered that an old clock on the wall that nobody cared about, was in fact "Gebruder Resch" from period 1886.-1889.
So far, it's working like a charm !

Now I am really interested to learn more about it, as I have been told that this type of mechanism is rather rare for a clock of this company.

Feel free to give me any info. I am considering selling it, so a value appraisal is also welcome.

Apparently, there are only about 20 of catalogued spring-mechanism Gebruder Resch's in the world, so it would be wise to keep it...Smile
