A friend of mine has a Simon Willard Banjo Clock and was trying to figure out a few things about it. He is not sure when it was made or how to determine that and also ways of repairing things on it. The paint if coming off in chunks and it does not work (I think on of the hands just hangs). I am not sure if he can wind it. Any ideas or additional info? Thanks.
