Chess clocks usually have two movements, with some mechanism (sometimes Rube Goldberg) which makes one run while the other is stopped.

A friend is interested in really old chess clocks.
We are collaborating on re-creating a chess clock that used two small pendulum clocks on a teeter-totter. (he has the clock, I'm 3D Printing the base and teeter-totter).

He has one that "is two pocket watches modified for the purpose." No markings, and no cases. The back of the clock says "E.M SCHUTZE".

any information welcome!
