Mora clocks "Click" to Login or Register
posted
I recently came across a tall case clock that had the name Mora on the dial. It also had another name that looked like Wallin on the dial. I googled Mora clocks and found they were made in Sweden, starting in the 18th century. Has anyone heard of these clocks and if so, do you have any information on them?

I can across a couple of articles about Mora clocks. The articles were in CLOCKS magazine, a publication from the UK. The articles were entitled "The Swedish Mora Clock, parts 1 and 2. They seem like nice clocks. Once I get the movement in hand, I will have a case made for it.
