I read this in our local Times Picayune Saturday. The Billes Products International Design Contest was held in New Orleans. The second place winner is Yi Hsuan Lin - Approximate/Actual Time clock. A close facsimilie to the idea Tian Harlan once had with his watches back in the early 70's.  | ||
