Would someone post a pic of the famous omega 30T2RG movement here on the 185 site for me.

I think this is the one. It's a hand wound high grade movement from the 1940's. I believe it has a CHRONOMETRE Rating. Did you find one ??

Thanks for the pic. I recently acquired an omega with a 15 jewel 30T2 movement and I wanted to compare the two movements.

The 30T2 and the 30T2RG are similar in design with noticable differences. The RG version is a chronometre non shock proof watch and features the unique regulator assembly know as "The Omega system". The RG movement has a much better fit and finish. I hope to acquire a RG version sometime in the future to go with my standard 30T2 movement.
