Leonidas chrono "Click" to Login or Register

I came across this watch just this weekend and was told it was from the 20´s which I doubt! I was also told the movement was a landeron 54 which might be correct but thats what I am here for.I know many of you have much more knowledge regarding these watches than the so called sales "experts"
Any help here?

Nice find. I like those black-dialed chronographs.

The movement is a Landeron (most likely 54, depends on the exact diameter); cam switched; two pusher chronograph. These movements were build from 1937 to 1970, since 1950 with shock device). Not knowing the exact Leonidas model I would date your watch circa 1945 (+-5).
